• Second Chance Resale Boutique LLC does not accept checks at this time.
• Second Chance Resale Boutique does not offer Layaway.

 Outright Purchase Guidelines

• Outright sales are conducted on Fridays only during normal operating hours.
• We accept new and like-new items.  We prefer designer labels but we are not exclusively a designer shop.
• Valid picture ID (with expiration date) is required for outright sales.
• Second Chance Resale Boutique has the sole right to price merchandise and will determine pricing on ALL items.  Negotiating or bartering of any kind is not allowed.
• Agreed upon quote will be paid by CHECK ONLY issued by Second Chance Resale Boutique LLC at that time.
• Second Chance Resale Boutique LLC reserves the right to reject any merchandise that we believe is not currently suitable for resale.
• Spring/summer items will be accepted from February 15 through August 15 and fall/winter items will be accepted from August 16 through February 14.
• Acceptable clothing must be in style, freshly laundered, free of foul odors, pressed and on hangers or folded neatly in boxes, baskets or containers (no trash bags, please). 
• All buttons, hooks and snaps on items must be intact and all zippers must work properly.
• Shoes must be clean inside and out with soles and heels in good condition.  Accessories (including shoes) should be brought in containers, baskets or boxes.
• Designer handbags must be authentic.  Please NO fakes, copies or counterfeits.
