Q: Are you opened on Sundays?
A: We are closed both Saturdays and Sundays. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 10am-5pm.
Q: Do you accept checks?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards and cash only.
Q: Do you have any vintage clothing?
A: We concentrate on on current, contemporary clothing but we do have one or two vintage items.
Q: Is Second Chance Resale Boutique a consignment store?
A: No, we are a resale store. The largest difference is that most resale stores purchase items out-right/cash on the spot while consignment stores accept merchandise from owners and split the profit.
Q: Are there any exceptions to what you will purchase from customers?
A: Clothing must be clean, free of wrinkles, odor, holes, snags and stains and on hangers (you can have your hanger back if you'd like). Second Chance Resale Boutique reserves the right to refuse or reject any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale. Handbags should be authentic. Please reference Store Policy for other restrictions.
Q: Would I have to make an appointment to sell you my clothing?
A: Nothing is excepted Monday through Thursday but no appointment is needed Friday.
Q: Do I price my items?
A: No, Second Chance Resale Boutique determines the pricing of all items.
Q: If my items are accepted, will you give me cash on the spot?
A: Only checks will be written for the quoted price.
Q: Are quoted prices negotiable?
A: No, quotes will not be negotiated or bargained. One quote per transaction.
Q: How many items may I bring at one time?
A: We prefer that you bring no more than 40 items at one time.
Q: What type of items does Second Chance Resale Boutique accept?
A: We accept apparel, jewelry, hats, shoes, boots, and other clothing accesories.
Q: Do you take online orders?
A: Shopping online on from our website is not an option at this time. An Ebay store will be available in the near future.
